Pam-ela Harrelson, Art Institute of Dallas faculty member and coordinator for the Dallas Society of Visual Communications (DSVC) national student show, has announced that RACHEL BERNAL, a recently graduated Art Institute of Dallas Advertising Design student, had two separate entries accepted for the show. The DSVC National student show, held April 3-5 in Dallas, accepted Bernal's "Go," an advertising campaign designed for Dallas' new city TV channel, and a separate logo entitled "Eyeland."
"We are all proud of Rachel," stated Carl Rossini, lead instructor for advertising at the college, "especially Amy Bryant, who oversaw the development of the Dallas city TV campaign, and Tim Pashley, her senior portfolio teacher."
"Everyone who taught and helped in the development of this fine young professional should be gratified at the recognition given Rachel by the DSVC National Student Show," added Larry Eskridge, Director, School of Design at The Art Institute of Dallas.
