Video Cookbook

Posted: 02/28/2008

The Video Cookbook program is a series of weekly Web videos featuring select students from various Art Institutes locations preparing recipes from a variety of global cuisines. A microsite will house all videos and related content, enabling visitors to share videos and recipes. (We will let you know the web address when its up and running!)

Three AiD culinary students recently starred in our own Video Cookbook: Michael Hammonds, Derek Brewster, and Melissa Rothman. They cooked Latin and Italian dishes in front of the camera.

Dutchie Reid oversaw the filming of the recipes, with the following amazing student video crew: Chad Froust, George Leonard, Ross Mackey, Kevin Luu, Kelly Luu, Shane Connelly, Joey Arzis, Travis Medina, Justin Gladd, and Jerry Chen. Other instrumental faculty included Nathaniel Campbell, Pat Caster, Chef Matson, and Chef Mesch.

The videos came out INCREDIBLY - great work, everyone!
