Chocolate Classes

Chef Steve Pilat will be teaching two choco-centric classes at the Arboretum!

Giving the Gift of Chocolate (December 1 or December 8 from 9-11am; $35 per person): Dazzle your friends this holiday season with some simple recipes that taste like you slaved in the kitchen. Learn tips and tricks to working with chocolate, storing and packaging, and then try your hand at some of the recipes yourself. This fun and delicious class is sure to make your gifts the talk of all your friends this holiday season.

Chocolate Around the World (December 8 from 12-2pm; $22 per person): Find out how chocolate varies around the globe, how it is used by different cultures, and what makes it so irresistible! Let your palette be the judge of your favorite treat when you sample chocolates from around the world.
